The cooler weather is here and it's time to cozy up with these four tips for the season.

One: The Feeling of Warmth

Cats are the kings and queens of cozy. They are natural heat seekers so what better way to make things cozy for them than a heated cat bed. I've added a few options at different price points below:

K&H Pet Products Thermo-Kitty Mat

K&H Pet Products Thermo-Snuggle Cup Bomber Heated Dog & Cat Bed

K&H Pet Products Heated Thermo-Kitty Fashion Splash Cat Bed

Two: Texture is key

Don't worry I haven't forgotten about us humans. We enjoy warmth as well. And for our homes texture is key when it comes to adding warmth and style. Consider purchasing a chunky knit blanket for your bed or sofa. Just be forewarned your cat might steal it from you.

Three: Colors of Cozy

Consider getting daring with a coat of warm tone paint for an accent wall or trim. Other accents to include to warm up a space include wood, brass, leather, and patterns. Consider swapping out some of your normal decor for some of these accents to make your home more warm and cozy.

Four: Sense of Smell

Sometimes the change in seasons comes in the form of smells. I personally like musky and spice smells for candles for the cooler weather. Between the warm glow of the light and the aromas you'll be feeling cozy in no time. You could also use a wall plug-in or diffuser if you prefer.
